GameStop Redesign
For this project, I was challenged with redesigning GameStop’s logo and branding, while still keeping the familiar elements of the brand. It was tough because I had to acknowledge the competing brands that sell games in a different approach.

When researching to rebrand, I noticed GameStop was stuck in a retail-focused way to communicate. With my redesign, I decided to tackle things from a community building perspective, using the gaming hobby and retro style as a way of welcoming in bigger audiences.

The programs I used for this project was Illustrator and Photoshop. Illustrator was used to create the cohesive line of graphics and Photoshop was used to create the final mockups.
This project was a good challenge, bringing something fresh to an already beloved brand and reintroducing it as something bold and community focused.
